If the Website Availability of a subscriber's Website is less than 99.5%, Higher Level Media will issue a credit to the subscriber in accordance with the SLA schedule, with the credit being calculated on the basis of the monthly service charge for the affected services. Our server's current Uptime is 99.860% Updated every 5 minutes.
